​Clayton has worked continuously as an Addiction Counselor in the State of Georgia for the past 20 years spanning four (4) employers: Oconee Center, The Bridge (Atlanta), Our Common Welfare (Decatur) and Project Adventure (Covington) He served as counselor and Chaplain in the 39th Regiment of the Texas State Military for eight (8) years (1988-1996) where he counseled family members who experienced crisis, counseled military personnel with stress, depression, grief, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS. Clayton is also a Pastor (Founder of the Philia Temple Church of God In Christ ( Lubbock TX).

Mission:
The Organization serves as an advocate for the community at large by conducting community out-reach programs such as Alcohol and Drug Abuse prevention, HIV/AIDS and Domestic Violence awareness. We also deliver low-cost services and needed resources to the indigent and special needs community. Our Outreach Mission is to conduct free education workshops, teach work rediness classes and collaborate with other communities and agencies to serve in humanitarian efforts.
